DIGITAL PRODUCTS: 

All digital products will be sent via email personalized with your information. All sales are final.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have any issues with your digital file please contact us and we will do my best to accommodate the issue.

​PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed and 6-12 business days to receive your order. Due to COVID-19, ALL SHIPPING CARRIERS are experiencing some delays that are beyond our control. Thank you for your extreme patience as we are constantly working to provide the best solution for our customers during this extraordinary time. 

​All sales are final. If your product arrives damaged or printed incorrectly, we would be more than happy to exchange it or provide a refund. Please note that all exchange or refund requests for any damaged items must be made within 4 days upon delivery of merchandise, and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging. An order can not be changed once placed, so please review your name, address, street number, city, state, etc. thoroughly before placing your order, as order cancellations may be considered but they are not guaranteed.
